The Grand Tasting Tour offers you a full day of local culinary discoveries. The circuit includes five stops to visit some of the region’s best producers, and a well-deserved lunch break. Enjoy an exciting guided culinary tour in our breathtaking region!

Basque of Charlevoix
An artisanal duck farm intended for the production of foie gras and other derived products. We use a traditional whole corn force-feeding method, in collective parks where animal welfare is a priority. Unguided tours of outdoor breeding facilities.
Visit of the farm and tasting of the products on the terrace with panoramic view. Renowned emu oil products for sale in stores.
You will be surprised by the animal, its habitat, the valuation of by-products and the passion of the people you meet.
You will test our famous and much sought-after pure emu oil and related body products. Gourmet products to enjoy or for a lunch.
The refining house
In an enchanting site in the Baie-Saint-Paul valley, the popular cheeses from Maison Affinage Maurice Dufour are waiting to be discovered.
Discovery and tasting of fine cheeses such as Migneron, wine products made on site and spirits made from sheep's milk. Site visit, shop on site.
Lunch at Faux Bergers, on the Migneron estate.
